For me, baking automatically takes me right back to my childhood when I used to 'help' my mum bake cakes. If I feel like I'm having a tough day, I'll find a new recipe and just loose myself in the kitchen. I love all things chocolate! Brownies, cookies, fudge cake and my all time favourites are peanut butter Squares (I'll get to them soon).
